Because as the obesity rates climb in our society the risks associated also increase, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, heart disease and stroke which makes it more challenging than ever to manage a healthy lifestyle.

With the new trends and fad diets that are out there promising "instant results" it's hard to believe what will actually work anymore and if there is anything that will actually work.


The majority of people have given up on believing that life can be different, and so they find themselves doing the same things day in and day out feeling trapped by the monotony of life.


And slowly each day passes and soon they find themselves consumed by life and hoping that one-day things will be different and year after yar find themselves saying the same thing.

We can understand that, that's why Imagine was created because of the need that we saw in the women around us.

 What you can expect over the next 4 Months? 


1. Change

Over the next 4 months, many things in your life will change especially YOU because that is where change starts. It starts with you, it starts with you changing the way that you talk to yourself, it starts with you changing the way that you look at yourself, it starts with you changing the relationship that you have with yourself and from there everything else will change. There is a lot of misconceptions around change out there though know that:

Change can actually be easy, it can be a lot of fun, it can be the greatest thing that could ever happen to you 

2. Dismantle Your Old Programming

The average human being has an estimated 70,000 thoughts a day, 80% of those thoughts are negative and 95% of those thoughts are yesterdays thoughts... That's Crazy! Good thing is that along your journey you will have many experiences that help you leave those thoughts behind, and adopt new thoughts. Thoughts that encourage who you REALLY are and whom you WANT to be.

3. Overcome + Embrace your Fear 

Everyone knows what they have to do to improve their lives though for some reason most people don't... Why is that?

Fear and whether it's the Fear of not being loved, the Fear of Being Rejected or the Fear of Failure you will learn to develop a healthy relationship with fear and learn to embrace it and move through it. Fear doesn't go away you just learn how to deal with it and take action anyways.

4. Build A Relationship With The Person Who Matters The Most

YOU ARE THAT PERSON. So many people go about their lives, taking care and doing everything outside of themselves without asking the questions "Who am I? What matters to me?" and taking care of the most important person on this planet... THEMSELVES. This 4-month journey is really a journey into yourself and building a healthy relationship with YOU.

5. Have Fun

Life doesn't have to be so hard, so serious, so engulfing though it can definitely feel that way at times don't get us wrong we've been there. It doesn't mean that you still can't have fun, laugh, smile, embrace, be filled with gratitude, love, joy and have a tremendous amount of fun while doing so. From laughing and being Joyful while doing a workout to having a moment in a 1 on 1 session where you are full of gratitude and love. Don't get me wrong seriousness has a time and a place and we definitely believe that having fun can create a lasting impression.

About Our Team 

Hello… My name is Jim Francis and I will be your Counsellor for the Program. Together we will work to create the best version of you….supporting and encouraging you through all aspects of your Imagine experience.


I created Imagine out of a need I saw in my counseling practice for people who struggled with their health (physical and mental), weight and how they saw themselves in the world. Caught in a loop of fads, diets, exercise plans and not finding the golden answer reinforced a pattern of failure, hopelessness and powerless to create change.


I am a seasoned Counsellor with over 40 years of experience in the field…that’s the seasoned part! Recently retired from the Olympic sports world as CEO and Chairman of the Board for Freestyle Canada (Skiing) My passions are skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, nature, cooking and experiencing all that life has to offer me.

Hey, my name is Ethan and I'll be the one coaching you throughout your journey with Imagine (Which I'm incredibly excited for). 

I'm a Certified Transformational Life Coach, published author, former National team athlete who has competed on the world stage, and the list goes on and on though that doesn't really matter because in today's moment you'll find me either meditating, experiencing life, pushing my comfort zone, hanging out with my little man, learning/reading and expanding my consciousness in any way shape and form. 


It's my belief that love is all there is, was and ever will be and when we open ourselves up to the universal laws of nature anything becomes possible... and yes that means that anything is possible for you and your life and I'm excited to help you see that for yourself!

Hi! My name is Jen and I’m excited to have the opportunity to help you on your Imagine journey..... by way of exercise.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer and former EMT, with knowledge in special modality exercise programs and how it will affect your overall health and well being. When not with clients you can find me fishing, biking, and camping, always with the dogs!


I love working with my Imagine clients because it’s a great opportunity to build relationships and to get to know my clients beyond the gym.  I’m here to help you start your exercise journey, at whatever level that may be! Very excited to meet you all.
